The principle of ultrasonic plastic welding is that the generator generates 20KHZ (or 15KHZ) high-voltage and high-frequency signals, converts the signals into high-frequency mechanical vibration through energy exchange system, and adds them to the workpiece of plastic products. Ultrasound welding is a high-tech technology for welding thermoplastic products. Safety Protection

This machine is equipped with over-voltage and over-current protection device, which can automatically cut off the high voltage to protect the oscillator and rectifier in case of abnormal operation, and avoid frequency drift caused by improper operation.
