About 80% of the faults of a high frequency cycle wave machine are caused by high frequency, so the daily maintenance of the high frequency part is very important.

Because of the high-voltage power supply and high-voltage capacitor in the high-frequency machine, the power switch is turned off and the capacitor is discharged according to the regulations when the machine is being maintained (or repaired).

2. Keep the resonator (oscillating barrel) clean and free of impurities; and blow the resonator (oscillating barrel) regularly with dry compressed air to remove dust and blooms in the resonator (oscillating barrel); and regularly remove dust in the cabinet.

4. Please pay attention to whether the air intake (or exhaust) of the fan is shielded by objects. When the air intake (or exhaust) decreases, the temperature rise of the electronic tube increases, which will affect the output performance and service life of the electronic tube.

5. Clean up the dust adsorbed on the cooling air drum (or fan) impeller (or blade) in time to ensure that the cooling air volume of the electronic tube is not reduced; when the cooling air volume of the electronic tube is reduced, the service life or damage of the electronic tube will be affected.

6. Special attention should be paid to whether the cooling system of the electronic tube is normal when the high frequency full power and long time output occurs, because the calorific value of the electronic tube at full power (rated power) output is four times higher than that at half power (rated power half). When the cooling system is abnormal, it is easy to damage the electronic tube.

Because the filament working current of the electronic tube is large, it is necessary to check the connection of the filament power supply circuit and the bad contact phenomenon of the fastening screw caused by oxidation and loosening caused by the high current working heat. It not only affects the output power of the electronic tube, but also causes the damage of the electronic tube.

8. Strictly implement the operating rules, and adjust the coherence to the minimum position after each use, so as to avoid the phenomenon of fire when using it next time.

9. Keep the high frequency contacts clean, without burrs, and clean up the debris left on the surface of the high frequency contacts after fire in time.

Troubleshooting of High Frequency Part of Three High Cycle Machine

1. Fire in the resonant cavity (oscillating barrel): The reason of fire in the resonant cavity (oscillating barrel) is that there is too much dust or impurities in the resonant cavity (oscillating barrel). Blowing the resonant cavity (oscillating barrel) with dry compressed air can generally solve the problem. If not, the frequency plate of the resonant cavity (oscillating barrel) should be removed and the relationship between the inner barrel and the outer barrel of the resonant cavity (oscillating barrel) should be checked. Whether there is any debris in the gap and remove it; this fault is common in the maintenance of high frequency wave machine.

2. Overcurrent (spark) protection (amperemeter pointer turning sharply): There are two reasons for overcurrent protection:


1) Overcurrent protection occurs due to the serious short circuit caused by impurities in the resonator (oscillating barrel); it can be dealt with by referring to the method of ignition in the resonator (oscillating barrel).


2) Over-current protection caused by component damage: mainly caused by short circuit of electronic tube, damage of rectifier diode and damage of high voltage transformer; two kinds of over-current protection can be distinguished according to the method of "how to distinguish the parts where faults occur";

3. Spark (over-current) protection (small rotation of ammeter pointer): there are many problems in the protection board: 1. whether the sensitivity of spark protection is too high; 2. whether the shunt resistance of the over-current protection relay is open or not in good contact; 3. whether there is ignition in the resonant cavity (oscillating barrel); 4. whether there is leakage in the heat pipe;

4 Distribution switch tripping: When this fault occurs, attention should be paid to distinguishing between tripping with or without high frequency output. When tripping without high frequency output, please check whether the filament transformer is leakage or whether the connecting cable is damaged or leakage; when there is high frequency output, the tripping is caused by the large working current of the whole machine, which causes serious short circuit in the high frequency part (including the damage of the electronic tube), which can be dealt with by referring to the method of "current protection"; when there is short circuit in the high voltage power supply circuit of B DC, it should be checked. Whether the high voltage filter capacitor breaks down the leakage current, whether the filament winding of the filament transformer leaks to the ground, whether the fixed capacitor of the electronic tube support (high frequency coupling capacitor) breaks down the leakage current, whether the rectifier diode breaks down the short circuit phenomenon; whether the high voltage transformer breaks down the leakage current to the ground and can disconnect the rectifier board output test machine: if the fault exists, the high voltage transformer is damaged; if the fault is eliminated The fault is caused by the later circuit; 2. The reason of leakage switch itself: the working current of leakage switch is less than the input current of machine; B. the poor anti-interference energy of leakage switch and the wrong action caused by high frequency interference;

5. The judgment method of the quality of the electronic tube (for safety, please put the input of the high voltage transformer in the open circuit state during the test): 1. Turn on the machine to preheat the electronic tube. Measure the voltage between cathode and grid, cathode and anode with multimeter. The voltage between cathode and grid is 1.2~4V and the voltage between cathode and anode is 3~6V at normal time; If the voltage is 0V, the electronic tube is damaged; 2. Disconnect the connection between the grid and the anode, and measure the voltage between the cathode and the anode. The machine is electrified to preheat the electron tube. The resistance between cathode and gate, cathode and anode is measured by multimeter. If the forward resistance is infinite, the reverse resistance is small, the electron tube is normal. If the positive and reverse resistance is infinite, or the positive and reverse resistance is small, the electron tube is damaged.
