Production Process of Planar Mask
First, the introduction of plane masks:
Planar masks are divided into two layers of non-woven fabric masks, three layers of non-woven fabric masks and four layers of activated carbon masks.
Dimensions and specifications: 17.5 x 9.5 cm for adults and 15 x 9 cm for children.
Material for flat mask: 2-layer mask: non-woven fabric, nose rib, ear hanging.
Three-layer mask: non-woven fabric, nasal ribs, ear hanging, filter cotton (filter paper).
Activated carbon mask: non-woven fabric, nasal ribs, ear hanging, filter cotton (filter paper), activated carbon cloth.
Classification of flat masks: flat masks with outer ears, flat masks with inner ears, flat masks with bands
Flat masks are mainly used in food factories, electronic instrument factories, pharmaceutical factories, beauty and hairdressing industries, family health care and so on. The bandage masks are mainly used in the medical and health industry, especially in surgical operations.
2. What equipment is needed for the production of flat masks
1. Semi-automatic production process:
Planar mask printer and earband welder are required.
If the production of bandage mask machine, it needs to be equipped with mask bandage welding machine
Machine Ratio: 1 flat mask printer, 2 earband welder or mask strapping machine.
Efficiency: 120-150 pieces per minute for flat mask printer and 40-50 pieces for earband welder.
2. Fully automatic production process:
Need to be used: one drag two-plane mask integrated machine (optional according to production capacity), one drag three-plane mask integrated machine (optional according to production capacity)
Efficiency:
One-tow-two-in-one machine: 80-110 pcs/min
Trinity tractor: 110-150 pcs/min
3. Why does a printer need to be equipped with 2-3 earband welders?
The plane mask is composed of the mask body and earband. The traditional mask equipment refers to the body machine responsible for shaping and slicing the mask body and the earband welding earband machine. The efficiency of the body machine is higher (120-150 pieces per minute), while the earband welding machine is relatively low (40-60 pieces per minute).
