Lihan should pay attention to the following ten technological processes in manufacturing embossed steel rods:

1. Turning: Divide the parts of the rough and finish turning steel roll body to the dimensions required in the drawings. The working surface roughness of the roll body should be less than 1.6 um; the allowable radial runout difference of the working face of the roll is 0.025 mm for the support surface of the two axles (the installation part of the rolling bearing); the roundness of the working face of the roll body is 0.036 mm; and the bearing matching circle is machined according to the accuracy of k6. Then the center frame, the end face of the car, drilling to size.

Lihan should pay attention to the following ten technological processes in manufacturing embossed steel rods:

2. Processing pattern according to pattern requirement of pattern steel roll. Then hard chromium layer was plated with thickness of 0.03-0.05 mm.

4. Install the complete inner sleeve of the combined welding into the roll body, and weld the joint of the inner end plate and the roll body.


5. Install the outer end plate on the two end axles and weld the junction between the outer end plate and the shaft and the roll body.


6. Annealing the welded roll blank to eliminate the internal stress.


7. Drill the standard center hole on the flat end of one end of the steel roll axle.


8. Blanking: Seamless steel pipe for roll body, 45 round steel for axle and Q235 steel plate for end plate. 8 mm machining allowance is set aside according to drawing size.


9. Turning: Turning the joint surface of matching parts of roll body, end plate and shaft, according to the accuracy of H9/f9.


10. Welding the reinforcement ribs and two end axles in the combined roll body, pay attention to correcting the coaxiality between the two end axles and the inner sleeve, and only weld the inner end plate of the axle.
